Hobeca joins HTC Group, owned and led by Robb Huskinson.

Hobeca acquires Jac Jay Ltd an importer and distributor of products for DIY and professional painters. Brands included Sikkens, Seal-Krete, Synteko, Timbermate & Earls.
2021
Hobeca acquires Wayco Equipment a manufacturer of quality workshop equipment, tailored to the New Zealand automotive trade.
2023
Hobeca acquires CE Lawford, a third-generation family-owned wholesale business, trading since 1901. CE Lawford proudly import and distribute a wide range of quality Tools and General Hardware products throughout New Zealand.

Hobeca acquires Taurus Leather Toolbelt Company. Founded in 1988 Taurus prides itself on having a fantastic team of people who are passionate about making the best tool belts on the market.
