Hobeca, acquires Industrial Agents & Services LTD, an importer and wholesaler of Mitutoyo measuring instruments.
2013
Hobeca joins HTC Group, owned and led by Robb Huskinson.
2019
Hobeca acquires Jac Jay Ltd an importer and distributor of products for DIY and professional painters.
2021
Hobeca acquires Wayco Equipment a manufacturer of quality workshop equipment, tailored to the New Zealand automotive trade.
2023
Hobeca acquires CE Lawford, a third-generation family-owned wholesale business, trading since 1901. CE Lawford proudly import and distribute a wide range of quality Tools and General Hardware products throughout New Zealand.

Hobeca acquires Taurus Leather Toolbelt Company. Founded in 1988 Taurus prides itself on having a fantastic team of people who are passionate about making the best tool belts on the market.
